Re: How to remove tree sap

Brake cleaner all day. No joke. I have used it on some heavy sap deposits on modern 2 stage paint without issue

    Csl & Exo4 50ml

Not much of a review per say. I wanted to show exactly how much I had left over from the CSL 50ml on a full size super cab F150 as well as share some other observations. 2 coats of Exo used the...

Re: Ceramic for northern climates + salt roads

Oh thank goodness. I was getting discouraged by the negative CSL & EXO reviews here and I am using that on my F150 this weekend.

    Re: My 2 cents

    Nice rides!

I felt the same way when I first came to AG. Buying all Pinnacle and Wolfgang. Then the more I learned the more I realized there are equal if not better products (most AG carry)...

Re: Durability Test: Wolfgang SiO2 Paint Sealant

I have WGDPS SIO2 on my truck and live on a dirt road. I notice no more dust than usual. Maybe your mil notices more now since you polished her car. Such to say maybe she never looked but once you...

    Re: Meeting Fellow Forum Member

Met a good buddy of mine on here years ago. We go to the gun range and grab dinner after once a month, hit car shows and have even met up in Fla for Detail fest once. All started when he shared some...

Re: Mopar matte black decals... mask them?

Agree with the Guz. I had "light stick" painters tape actually leave a mark on the matte on my Challengers stripes

    Re: SUV/Tall vehicle roof polishing!!

Agree with this. On my F150 I route the cord between the cab and bed so it does not touch the below paint

Re: Preparing/cleaning trim for CQaurtz Dlux

Iv'e always scrubbed with an all purpose cleaner, wiped with h2o and then wiped with panel wipe (coating prep). You could probably omit the panel wipe. Just make sure it is dry before application

Re: Is anyone's car in pristine condition?

I do my best to keep my vehicles pretty squared away. I also try to strategically park and take the "best" roads when possible. Cars are always vulnerable but to me it's worth keeping them tidy...

    Re: Polisher for weekend warrior

Weekends are short for pros and enthusiasts alike. You want to get as much time out of them as you can. Flex 3401 carves time off paint correction.

For my Challenger stripes I polished and wiped with "panel wipe" GTechniq Panel Wipe Coating Prep 250 ml.. Also used the soap and water mix. I forget the ratio. Might want to youtube for more...

    Re: 2015 Subaru with 118 k miles.

So sealant for "lubricant" and let the pad do some light correction. That's interesting and is now on my "techniques to try" list. Thanks
