    Re: 2018 Mercedes C63S Coupe

Nice work. Did you do the whole car with fast correcting cream, correcting cream and then perfecting cream?
  4. Re: Quick tip regarding wet/dry vacuum filters

Ridgid does sell dust bags which act as a prefilter but they're much more expensive. Maybe they didn't want to cut into their filter sales?

I'll have to look into this for the smaller Ridgid...

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

I think the pollen has calmed down enough that doing the engine bay again makes sense. I did it after the winter but it got dirty again pretty quick.

I did a RW with Griot's and a presoak using...

Re: Substitute for Meguiars NXT car wash?

Have you asked on Meguiar's Online forum? Someone that works for Meguiar's may be able to provide a suggestion on the most similar current offering.

Re: Griot's (Cerakote) Trim Coat Wipes

The Griot's wipes are 8 mL (0.27 fl oz), which looks to be the same as the Cerakote. Wipes may be the same size?

Re: Dealer Car Service - Preventing Damage

You could highlight the front of the car when you talk to them so they hopefully take better care with the fender cover.

Re: Dealer Car Service - Preventing Damage

I do the same (do not wash tag) and ask them not to wash it verbally. I've been lucky at the dealer so far but I wasn't as lucky at the body shop. I didn't ask them not to wash it. I thought they...

Re: Griot's (Cerakote) Trim Coat Wipes

Re: Optimum ONR (blue) Updated Formula?
