Re: Is this normal for a new tire?

I’ve not seen that, but new tires do funky things and I generally don’t apply anything to them for the first few months or couple thousand miles for that purpose. But never recall seeing things like...

    Re: Wolfgang Uber SIO2 spray...

From my experience with Pinnacle Crystal SiO2 Spray, a comparable item, it’s a wipe on, let dry/haze, then wipe the haze off. Similar to a lot of traditional spray waxes.

    I assume though you are...

    Re: CSL or Cosmic V2

Yep, totally understand. I wasn’t suggesting you buy the Arts, just letting you know in case you did already own some. Rapidwaxx has a very smooth, pleasing look.

    Re: CSL or Cosmic V2

This is the one (multiple colors) I was telling you about. It is supposed to be durable but I haven’t heard any daily driver stories yet. If it could last 4-5 months that would be a great product...

    Re: Zymöl stepping in now

@WillSports3, no making fun of me if I buy it though. I promise it isn’t the description that gets me excited. It would be my first “graphene-infused” spray.

    Re: Zymöl stepping in now

My thought is to not remove the coating. See Klasse’s response.

    Re: CSL or Cosmic V2

No experience with the cremes, will try Famous at some point. Your plan sounds legit though. If you don’t have Carnauba Arts, Rapidwaxx is the next best thing.

I’m still mulling this but trouble finding things to try everything on... damn you quarantine!
  9. Re: Review: Wolfgang PROFI Ceramic Detail Spray

This scares me. Any warranty left? I assume not.

I’ll have a review coming on the PROFI Booster soon, once I get a chance to use it.
  10. Review: Wolfgang PROFI Ceramic Detail Spray

Here is my review for the new WG PROFI Ceramic Detailer Spray, which was so kindly provided to me by the folks at AG. The product can be found on AG store at the link below:

Amazing. Does it take a good bend to reach the shifter from normal seating position?

Re: 3D Speed on 15 year old Camry

You might have just sold me Dr. Color Chip. I hate dealing with paint touch up but seems to go a good job for what I understand to be way less effort than regular touch up.

Re: DG AquaWax as drying aid for ceramic coating

I have trouble telling differences on small areas and probably on full panels. I see the differences on the full car, particularly when I always check things out from similar angles (which occurs a...

Re: Product Review: Wolfgang Si02 Paint Sealant

It makes sense, yes. I just think each company is going to hold on to their trademark sealant. There’s still plenty of people who don’t care about ceramics and prefer the original. That’s all I...

Re: Product Review: Wolfgang Si02 Paint Sealant

I don’t see why this would replace DGPS, I think both can live harmoniously. Haven’t seen any etching. Water sheets off ceramics for me as soon as car is in motion, same with for WG SiO2 PS.

Re: Your thoughts on 15,000 mile oil changes..

For newer Audi’s and BMWs that are under warranty, I’m doing what the manufacturer/diagnostics tell me, at the dealership. Hell, I’m even doing that when extended warranty kicks in. And there’s...
  17. Re: BLACKFIRE SiO2 Spray Sealant review by Mike Phillips

I totally agree. I’m a big synergy guy and have been since waxes and sealants. But I still find myself mixing and matching constantly fit hobby fun and just in case I stumble upon some mix I really...

Re: Review: DP Need for Bead

I didn’t notice any dust accumulation over the weekend, but it was rainy and the air was pretty “clean”.

Since then I added another coat on 8/3 and applied Need for Bead over the whole hood, so...

    Re: Favorite Glass Coating

I personally have only used PBL as a true coating and never had reason to switch... plus a bottle lasts forever.

I did used to like Rain-X, then Pinnacle Glasscoat. Tried CMX as well. But PBL...

    Re: WGDGPS/Fuzion observation.

In my prior post #20, I sort of let the bird poo sit longer than I otherwise should have because I was daring the Enigma Wax protection would be fine to prevent etching. It’s probably the last time...

Sounds like you’re saying that products designed to be used on numerous surfaces are likely the best general toppers.

    Re: WGDGPS/Fuzion observation.

    Re: WGDGPS/Fuzion observation.

FWIW, I recall DGPS on the wife’s car showing signs of water spots a few times and bird poo etching a few times. Both times I used WW which helped a bit but could definitely still see etchings. ...
