Re: Old Cringe worthy Detailing Techniques

Duster ones only on the handle. Just for quick touch ups works very well.

Re: Review: Collinite No. 845 Insulator Wax

IW is an old friend. I used to use it on my dad's van and customer cars because it's reasonably durable and has a good look. To this day I still occasionally use it on my wheels with good results. I...
  6. Re: Doing a traditional wash with microfiber towels

That video is gold. Itís the first time Iíve seen a demo of the foam gun used the way I do. Keep this for reference
  7. Re: Doing a traditional wash with microfiber towels

  8. Re: Doing a traditional wash with microfiber towels

I am absolutely paranoid about instilling marring in my paint hence my foam gun/multiple mitts approach. I don't have to worry about buckets using this method, just lots of soap. I have to use soap...

Re: Brand New Car - First steps?

Thatís exactly what I did. The result was me getting an unpolished car which had no paint defects when I got it home. Just a 3 step decontamination wash and it was LSP ready.
