    Re: Anyone still use 845?

That's how I feel about it.....as far as shine, longevity, ez to apply/remove.... and yes, a constant need to keep it semi-liquid at least.

    Re: Anyone still use 845?

For me, it adds several additional months of protection to a 1 step... without adding much more time. Maybe there's a better option, but it works really well..... a little picky to use, turning the...

Will do. Will post a pic of car. I used Wolfgang Uber, Finishing Glaze and DGPS on my BLACK Miata w LC flat pads. Most...
  6. Re: NEW Haartz/RaggTopp Convertible Top Brush - How to clean and protect a convertible top

Great write-up. I have a low volume detailing business but haven't done convertible yet. Bought a Miata though and want to take care of FABRIC top. Bought RaggTopp kit with brush.

    My question is,...
  7. Re: Finishing glaze - how large is working area each time ?

Thanks. Yes on the 1.5/2's. 3 X 3 is usually my limit too. Don't think I've ever gone past that.
  8. Re: Finishing glaze - how large is working area each time ?

Yep... all that comes into play. I'm asking because I haven't used this particular polish much at all. I always like to get opinions from others who have used the same products I use, especially...
  9. Re: Finishing glaze - how large is working area each time ?

I found instructions that say 2X2 ft.area. Anyone going larger than that ?
  10. Finishing glaze - how large is working area each time ?

I'm compounding my black '11 Miata w Uber and Orange LC flat pads. I try to do no larger than a 1.5 X 1.5 ft. area w Uber. (Sometime even smaller). What size/how large are your passes for Finishing...

  12. Re: Review Wolfgang Convertible Top Cleaner and Fabric Convertible Top Protectant

Thanks as always Mike. Just bought a Miata and I've never done a convertible top for a customer. This will be good practice.

    Re: Electric pressure washer recommendations?

I have had my Sun Joe SPX300 for 2-3 years and could not be happier. I have used it running continuously for hours at a time cleaning wooden fence and it didn't miss a beat.

    Re: opinions/suggestions wanted, can't decide

I would stick with WDGPS or Collinite 845. MP may a good case against using coatings. If you have any kind of daily driver schedule/drive it in rain, you will have road grime which will bond to your...

Re: Can I use any sealant over BF One Step?

I remember something Mike said about sealant on sealant not having the best bonding... maybe I'm mistaken. I seem to remember wax can go on top of sealant but sealants not good to top either a...

Re: Can I use any sealant over BF One Step?

My goto for adding durability to a 1 step is still Collinite 845. On HD Speed it adds approximately 6 months protection IN MY OPINION. It's very ez to put on and take off.

Re: How to avoid germs - Gas Station

Googled it plenty and read plenty... until I'm numb almost. I have no doubt it's airborne for a short while but nothing definitive that I've seen yet in writing from reputable sources.
