    Re: Porsche Cayman GTS

White can look so classy when done right, just look above [emoji106]

Guess Agate Gray Metallic will continue to be my choice...no more black for me.

I'm guessing the new 4.0 NA6 will actually...

    Re: Porsche Cayman GTS

As of now, looks like they're keeping the T4 in the base & S Cayman/Boxster and go back to the NA6 in the GTS 4.0 & GT4/Spyder models.

PDK rumored to be coming at some point in GTS 4.0 &...
  3. Re: Are Ceramic-Infused Sealants and Detailing Products Safe to Use?

If they're hazardous in general use, I better get my affairs in order...[emoji33]
  4. Re: non-professional comparison Rupes V Griot's G15

Although I was comparing the BOSS21 to the Rupes 15 Mk2, our impressions are pretty similar. I do think the ergonomics of the BOSS, for whatever reason, lead to easier use for me. I believe the long...

    Re: Facebook Detailing group?

    [emoji1] Pretty much.

One thing that really stands out with even valid posts on Facebook is the reluctance to do a bit of digging (Either on Facebook or Googling in the outside world) before...

    Re: Flex Cordless Polisher

Little tougher to zone-out w the 3401, louder, not as smooth (especially with a 6.5" pad) and it will pull ya around a bit if you get outta sorts.

To me, using the Flex is like kicking the door...

    Re: Facebook Detailing group?

Can generally sum up a days activities as follows:

1." What is the best ceramic coating?"
    2. "ONR is the best thing in the world"
    3. "No, HD Speed is the best thing in the world"
    4. "IGL!"
    5....

Re: Best finishing product for red/maroon

Back in November 2017 (I think) did our owners Ruby Red Metallic Explorer in a glass/ceramic coating. Really like this particular coating on red metallics, kinda a molten-glass look. Still was...

    Re: Facebook Detailing group?

Eh, I like reading, sometimes regardless of content accuracy/quality.

While the Facebook group can certainly be Looney Tunes for the most part it still offers content on something I find...

    Re: Gift Certificate Question

Shouldnt be an issue. They'll just email you the 'Gift Certificate' which is just a 20 character or something code which is used in the coupon box of an online order to make payment.
  13. Re: Did I miss any gift card sales or are they yet to come?

    Yup...stack those discounts!

Generally takes a day or 2 to receive gift cert in email (they note 2 days for this sale) so ya cant usually buy and use on samecday/sale

    Re: 4K HDMI cable

And people call Auto Dealers 'stealerships'...that's just absurd for a cable!
  15. Re: I learned some valuable detailing knowledge on a YT video - YMMV.

I think that was a result of the switch from V2 to V3 of the product. V3 hadn't hit the US yet but was available from the UK so I ordered from the UK; Overcoat makes me do impulsive (i.e 'dumb' to...

[emoji1][emoji1] If she creates an account, I could probably dig up something to send her!

All in the interest of domestic tranquility! Heck, might even be able to scare up some more...
  17. Re: I learned some valuable detailing knowledge on a YT video - YMMV.

    Re: Good to go now!

I woulda gone certified 10h w lifetime warranty but removing it for required annual maintenance appointments would been a bit problematic.

Re: WG Fuzion Wax Mini Kit - Any Experience

I topped my first coating (WG Uber Ceramic) with Fuzion. As is often the case, I was quite impressed with it at first glance but in the end, visual improvement was mostly in my mind and I essentially...
  25. Re: Ceramic Coatings and the Misinformation of the Masses

It appears as least 1 'big guy' requires annual maint visits...I'd suspect others do something similar.
