Re: Wheel Coatings - Worth it?

Yes you can use DLUX on them without making them shiny. You can use any wheel coating. It will make them look richer.

DLUX is a good wheel coating and it will outlast some of the other well...

Re: Ibrid or PiXiE? I know itís been asked

This is the first time in a long time that I have seen Rupes offer black friday deals on the ibrid.

What are you using? Pads, product? By hand or machine?
  4. Re: Review - CarPro ReTyre Tire & Rubber Cleaner

Yeah you could do that. Itís a good product and it does a good job. Itís going to be hard to compete with something like McKeeís tire and rubber rejuvenator when it comes to price for a gallon.

  5. Re: Review - CarPro ReTyre Tire & Rubber Cleaner

Seems like the CarPro lovers were a bit upset in the facebook group because I apparently used too much product lol. I read some posts stating to spray a 1/4 of the tire and onto a brush and only use...
  6. Re: Review - CarPro ReTyre Tire & Rubber Cleaner

Per Avi the foaming nozzle was chosen to not allow the product get on the wheel as it could cause issues if left on the wheel surface for a long time. ReTyre will also degrade a coating on wheels if...

Had a chance to use CarPro ReTyre this weekend to clean up the tires on one of my vehicles.

    CARPRO ReTyre 500 ml.

Lets get a couple things straight here. The product works great and does a...

Re: Meguiar's M27 vs Jescar Ultra Lock

If M27 is working for you then keep using it. You may end up having to pick up Jescar and trying it out to see if you do like it.

    Re: SEMA 2021/2022 New Products

I saw the Adams live stream as well from the other day and the same thing was said. The discrepancy is between what is on the label and what is being said. 2 years? Sure on a garage queen. Adams...

Re: Does Solution Finish Dry to the Touch?

Why? The excess can be wiped off after a few minutes.

Re: Does Solution Finish Dry to the Touch?

SF still needs to be leveled to remove any excess. It does not dry completely.

Re: Water spots - topper vs coating.

Exactly this. The drop is exponential once the coating gets to the point where a topper won't help anymore.

Re: What do ya'll like for windshield protectant?

I have used quite a bit of glass coatings and the amount of wiper usage is going to determine the durability and longevity.

    Re: Graphine coating on plexiglass

Unfortunately graphene coatings will still spot. They are supposed to be less susceptible to spotting but from my testing it is about the same. But you could use it on that surface if you wanted to.
  18. Re: Windshield coating - skipping wipers (new car)

Applying a glass coating is not that difficult to do. Itís not rocket science. McKeeís glass coating is fool proof. Heck you could use rain x.

Re: Microfiber pads - your experience?

Re: Coating a White BMW X3 with Carpro SiC

Try putting the coating on half the glass and see how it responds. If all is good then finish the other half.
