Re: I Just Ceramic Coated the Floor

For another paltry $10,000, you'll have the most impervious garage floor in the Western Hemisphere, Jake.

    Re: Washing with Microfibers?

MF towels grab everything they come in contact with. (Ever drop one on the ground??)

I do not trust them when washing a dirty vehicle the way I do a wash mitt that can trap dirt deep into the...

Re: Making your own long throw polisher?

    Agreed.

And in the case of the PC (and G9 to a point) the larger, offset pads will cause the machines to stall very easily.

    Re: Washing with Microfibers?

I only use MF towels for rinseless washes.

Otherwise, it's about 6-8 mitts with a regular wash.

Re: Does AG have 30% off?

    Ends in 12 minutes.

Just grabbed some Griot's 3 & 1, and some more 5.5" BOSS pads. Because hell, you can never have too many pads right?? :)

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

    Looks great, Dave!

845 is now a "yesterday's product" by most people's standards. But it will never be to me.

With proper care, you can expect that 845 to last 6 months. Easy.

    Re: Griotís 3-1 Topper/Maintenance

This is excellent info, my man.

Exactly the review I needed to pull the trigger on this product.

Have you used (tested) this as a topper for anything?

    Portable generators

My old piece-meal 70's-era generator is just too much work to keep running now. Parts are nonexistent, and I'm tired of fabricating/adapting.

I know what you're thinking, but it was my father's...

    Re: 2011 WRX Paint Correction

When I was a newbie, it was the product/pad choices that had my head spinning.

It seemed the more I read, the more confused I became.

Starting with a system, you at...

  21. Re: LC Power Tools UDOS 5 in 1 Polisher - What's in the Box?

    Pretty bad a$$!

But I'm sure the price tag has a few "$$" too...........

I wish LC the best with this. They have been offering some of the best pads/products in the industry for years.

    Re: Griot's Complete Polish
