Wondering if anyone remembers who it was who polished the Honda sign at the dealership? It’s been a few years, he also used to work on Airforce One

Re: What you want from SANTA?

I remembered a few minutes ago that I had 365.00 worth of gift certificates that I bought last Christmas when they were on sale. Like an early Christmas present!

Re: Suggestions for working with new VW paint?

Out of what you have the 105 on the microfiber cutting pad will cut it but that is going to be one dusty combo. You can try the orange griot’s pad with the 105. That should give you some decent cut....

Re: Newby Asking for Polish Advice

I’ve read a lot of comments about the sprayers on the Optimum products but I’ve been using HyperPolish for 10 years now, among other products, and I’ve never had an issue. I just close the sprayer...

    Re: Incredibly Cheap Finds

You would be amazed at how many tires are purchased every day. I was with Discount Tire for 28 years, my younger son is still with them. In the Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas they have about...

    Re: Nanoskin Wash Mitt; Fail

I’ve used them for quite a while. Just let them air dry, put them back in the container until next time. They can mar a little on softer paint. Some substances can make them sticky but after they air...

    Re: 2021 Tesla Model 3

Unbelievable! Guess someone picked up a dirty shop towel off the floor to wash it.
I have one of those cars coming in at the end of the month. Was the paint about average or on the hard or soft...

    Re: Windshield Help

Are you sure that is the blades? It sounds almost like something mechanical in the wiper motor/linkage.
If it is the blades I would try Optimum Opti-glass.

Great work as usual Scott. Surely that car didn’t come straight from the dealership looking like that??

Re: Best Brand Top to Bottom

I was using 75% McKee’s products. They’re getting pretty proud of some of their stuff. I especially like their iron remover but 100.00 for a gallon? I just ordered a gallon of Blackfire at 60.00 on...

Poll: Re: Satin titanium or black wheels?

Just saw this post. What kind of car did you have the 13” on? I was just talking to someone the other day about how the fad with lifted Crown Vics, Grand Marquis, etc. is dying off. Still see some...

Personal preference I guess. Matte black wheels came on my Camaro GM ended up replacing. Drove that car 2000 miles and the wheels always looked dirty. My gloss black wheels are going on 4 years and...

    Re: Coating bare aluminum wheels?

The Wolfgang Metal Sealant actually works great. Durability from what I have seen is around 9 months. I haven’t used a coating in bare aluminum, I’m sure others will chime in.
