Re: Best wax remover for plastic trim?

I have seen the Mothers Back to Black Bumper Care available locally but not the Back to Black Heavy Duty Trim Cleaner....not the same product. You want the Heavy Duty Trim Cleaner.

Re: Best wax remover for plastic trim?

I will second this one...has worked very well for me, and the brush that comes with is decent as well. I have then applied McKee's Plastic trim restorer afterwards and it has worked well.

Re: McKees 360 turned plastic bumper white

I have used this product with great success. Keep in mind there is a similar Mother's product called Back to Black bumper care, but it's not the same...you want the one that pro 4x has indicated that...

    McKee's Poli Coat Wax

I just did my son's car with McKee's 360 AIO and topped it with Hi Def Sealant. My plan is to put a coat of McKee's Poli Coat Wax over that. Should I wait a few days before topping the Hi Def or...

3D Orange 88 degreaser....organic, made from citrus oils. Was recommended by a member of the forum who, like you could not tolerate harsh chemicals. I use it diluted 10:1 or 4:1 depending what I am...
  6. Re: Meguiars, Vs Mckee's 37, Vs Chemical Guys, Vs Collinite?

I had been using Meguiar's #45 Cleaner Wax on my Fifth wheel trailer with gelcoat the last few years and had been pretty happy with it till I tried Collinite 925 Boat Wax last year...it will be my go...

    Re: Traverse

Scott...is the McKee's Paint Coating as easy to work with as they claim, simply spray, wipe, and buff....after of course applying the paint coating prep.
  9. Re: Looking for an AIO thats SAFE ON PLASTIC AND RUBBER

Given that it's a 32 oz bottle though, it really isn't that much more than say McKee's 360.
  10. Re: Looking for an AIO thats SAFE ON PLASTIC AND RUBBER

Although Briarpatch's response says he hasn't had issues, my experience is total opposite. 360 touches trim and it's stained, and can be a bear to get out.

    Re: New Collinite quick detailer

Their own label says it's a QD.
  12. Re: Wax and sealant left in cold garage during winter

If you were to email Collinite and run it by them, they will reply to your email. They are very good that way. They would have the best answer for you.
  13. Re: Another HUUUUGE Announcement for a new product!

Is the Blackfire Iron Remover really going to perform any better than the others, because it sure seems like a premium price.

I have done the same with the same product after getting them very clean with APC. No slippery effect, but I think the trick is in wiping off the excess as the OP mentioned. Mine were Husky Liners as...

Re: HD Speed still a great product

Wow...nice results. I am also inclined to give HD Speed a shot. Have been using McKee's 360 and have been pretty happy with it, but want to compare it to HD Speed. How was it to clean your pads after...

Re: Which MicroFiber Detergent You Use?

Pretty happy with the 3D Towel Kleen, if you follow their directions for quantity, you don't get excess suds. I have tried Tide, scent free and and dye free, that they say is important with...
