    I would leave it alone. First check with your local Honda dealer. A friend of ours had the paint on roof and side peeling off. When they checked they found that Honda had a recall notice on the paint...

    Oh Yes. Blue Coral was my first attempt at detailing.
    After looking at all the responses it boils down to a simple phrases.
    If it works for you and gives you the results you want use it and enjoy.

    R2R is so so in cleaning. Use what works for you and meets your needs.

    Like everyone has mentioned for drying their favorites. I like TRC PLATINUM PLUFFLE 16x24.
    My choices like polish removal, waterless washes, etc we all have favorites. The Pluffles work for me.

    50-degrees. Why that still shorts weather here in the north..
    During the Winter months you try to keep the snow chunks and salt off. Spray washes help.

    Another option. If you have a hobby or craft shop. Go there, they have small detail brushes used for kits & model planes, etc. that are assembled.

    Not sure about Calif. Water rules. Saw a report on Wally World using CA water, and reselling gallons back to CA customers.
    Get a couple gal. distilled water and use it.

    I would do a pre-soak. Separate if possible. Use a APC or a pad cleaner. Soak a day or so, then a wash an rinse in wash. Should be good.

    Had this happen when tire installer chipped rim.
    I went to local auto store. Got Duplicolor (Silver) rim paint. Sanded spot lighty, gray primed.
    Tested spray on cardboard. Then sprayed rim area....

    A couple of Ideas !!!
    (1) Using to much soap, in cycle. Use vinegar in rinse cycle. To remove excess soap and soften.
    (2) On some washers the soap and fabric dispenser is at the top and water...

    I started with 1-oz. added to water. Found that per my load, it left alot of suds. Found that 1/2-3/4 oz. worked great based on towel dirt/condition. Then did the vinegar application and stopping...

    I have also found that normal wash routine works well with just 1/2-oz. Ran various test's with Towel Kleen. Found that using the vinegar in the final rinse will tell you if you used too much....
