  2. Looking for: Towels to replace my Eagle Edgeless

So I bought these years ago when they were relatively cheap and since then the price has went up pretty good. Being that MF technology isnt nothing new, there has to be other viable alternatives out...
  3. MF detergent - Anyone use a Free and Clear with Adams MF revitalizer?

Looking at trying this combo. 3D towel clean went up a bit, so I was thinking of using a Free and Clear detergent, since we already use it in the home.

Then I was thinking of using Adams MF...

  5. Re: Question on Uber RW/WW dilution ratios

Appreciate it all. Its just hard to think that the detailer is A LOT higher than the wash ratio. Again I get it, but eh. lol.
  6. Re: Question on Uber RW/WW dilution ratios

    Thanks
  7. Re: Question on Uber RW/WW dilution ratios

What's the reasoning? I would think the wash would be more concentrated to eliminate scratches etc.

Crazy to think that little is good enough when the detail spray is waayyyy more concentrated
  8. Re: Question on Uber RW/WW dilution ratios

So what should I use dilution wise for pre-soaking the panels? I was using the 1/3oz to 16oz dilution...
  9. Question on Uber RW/WW dilution ratios

So looking at Wolfgang's website I see there are multiple ways to dilute it for whatever reason needed, cool.

This is what I'm confused on.

When I do a RW, I use 3 gallons which is at 1oz uber...

  11. Door jamb protection - longer term options...

I dont want to coat them first off... With that out of the way, I was wondering what can be used easily on the door jambs? I wipe them down every 2 weeks or so with a QD in hopes to keep the...
  12. Re: Finally going to start doing/using RW and WW's... Here are my options

I did see that About boiling them. I doubt that Adams would say that if it wasn't trus. But read TRC,'s website, they're against hot water...
  13. Re: Finally going to start doing/using RW and WW's... Here are my options

True... I guess that is why some towels seem to loose their absorption over time. I wondering if there is a way to soak the towels to breakdown the polymers left behind. Is APC even strong enough to...
  14. Re: Finally going to start doing/using RW and WW's... Here are my options

  15. Re: Finally going to start doing/using RW and WW's... Here are my options

What I wanted to do is use my towels that I use for QD. They're TRC Eagle edgeless.. I currently and will continue to use them for QD and looking to also use them for RW and WW.

    My concern is...
  16. Re: Finally going to start doing/using RW and WW's... Here are my options

I guess I'll just use my QD towels and double purpose them for WW/RW

They're clean and I've only used them for wiping off light dust off the paint using DG FC&S .

    It'll eliminate me having...
  17. Re: Finally going to start doing/using RW and WW's... Here are my options

Would the forest green or the gold plush towels work well? I have several of each not being used
  18. Re: Finally going to start doing/using RW and WW's... Here are my options

I have Collinite 476 and I honestly dont care what happens or what it imparts on the wax/sealant. It'll all work in the end to one goal - more protection. Appreciate it!
  19. Re: Finally going to start doing/using RW and WW's... Here are my options

    Appreciate the replies guys.
  20. Finally going to start doing/using RW and WW's... Here are my options

So Ive finally convinced myself to start using RW or WW more often during the colder months. I think the technology is there and has been there, but Ive I guess grown confortable with it. What I plan...
  21. Re: How safe long term are ceramic coatings on headlights?

I didn't expect the coating to protect like that, but I was thinking to provide a layer of protection from small small abrasive dust. If it supposedly provides protection on paint from scratches,...
  22. How safe long term are ceramic coatings on headlights?

Something came across my mind last night while I was looking for something to protect my new headlights on my truck. They're pretty expensive so I ran down the options... I dont think wax does much...
