    Re: Thank you Mike Phillips

Thank you, Mike, for your countless articles and dedication to this field.

  3. Re: Blackfire Pro Ceramic Coating, "Black Edition".

My experience is different than that of The Guz.

I do find that Black Edition is hydrophobic and has decent self cleaning

Of the 5 currently on my hood, Black and Poorboy's stay the cleanest...

For example, the Blackfire Sealant was hard for some waxes to bond with it, so they made the Midnight Sun to...

Had to come in and revisit this thread.
My co-worker keeps complaining about water spots. I coated his car some time back, but with COVID, we mostly work from home and I haven't seen his car.

Re: Best Carnauba wax for shine/gloss red car !

Maybe because they don't use the buzzword "graphene" - hehe

I have all the Poorboy's waxes, I think. Love them. So easy to use, even on hot panels.

    I've recently been playing with...

At about the 56 second mark, that's the Blackfire Black Edition. At about 1:08, that's the "regular" BF coating.

Last washed 17 days prior to this video. Video was made last night with a...

I always understood that your "paint" will take on the characteristics of whatever is on the very top.

Tom, sorry you're having this experience, which seems different from mine. I'll have to do...

    Re: Polisher for weekend warrior

I thought the same with my GG3. It wasn't the bearing, but the housing part that holds it. See the pic.

I called Griot's as well, but in my case, I think they wanted my old tool plus some money...
  19. Re: Review: BLACKFIRE Iron Remover by Mike Phillips

    Thank you!

Been eying it. Good price point and BF products have been good to me. Once I'm running low on my other gallon, I'll give it a shot.

    Re: Polisher for weekend warrior

The "feel" of the MT300 is quite nice for me. I'm a short dude at 5'6" - and it feels light, and nimble.
