    Re: Sealant comparison

It's funny you say 915 is fading. Back in 2017 we were in Minot ND where my SIL is stationed along with my Daughter and now two Grandsons. I polished her car and finished up with 915. Two years later...
  2. Re: Review: Marine 31 Gel Coat Prep Spray & Captain’s Boat Coating with UV50

So what is the sq. ft. coverage of this coating and cleaner. My 5ver is approx. 960 sq. ft. of fiberglass. Seems like it would take a few 8oz. bottles.

Re: Time needed to do a recreational vehicle?

From what I can tell of the pictures at least the sides appear to be corrugated aluminum. Your not going to use a buffer on those and you have to be very careful as the paint is very thin and can...

Re: Chemical Guys Leather Ruined my steering

I use this religiously, cleaned up the tacky/sticky feeling and conditions the leather. My steering wheel is 20 years old and still looks new with 100k on the odometer.

Re: APOLLO 11. 50 year mark.

I use to skip school anytime there was a launch, both parents worked so I could get in the house turn on the TV. I was always fascinated with anything space related.

Re: Detailing Tips for Honeycomb Grills ?

The worst part is getting the dang thing clean, there's a lot of holes to use a brush, qtip etc. and I just do not have that kind of patience.

    Re: New Collinite quick detailer

I have been using Optimum No Rinse and Wax with Car Wax but it's not Collinite, that is why I made that statement.

    Re: New Collinite quick detailer

I would really like to see a rinseless with carnuba. Then you could mix your own QD, as it is usually more cost effective.

    Re: New Collinite quick detailer

Not sure you will see it here. 390 has been out for a while and I haven't seen it listed. Guess they do not think it will sell very well.

Re: All-In-One for Use in the Sun?

I don't think the Sun is the problem as I have used a lot of products during the winter in Az. It is the temperature of the panel as panels can get in the upwards 150 degree mark in the summer.

    Re: All in one

There is always Collinites new 325 but I always apply 845 or 476 over it. But the newest collinite 390 pre wax cleaner may work also, then 845,476

    Re: Collinite 390?

If it works as well as their 920 for fiberglass I would endorse it. Just did 32' of the RV with 920 and it did a good job.

Wow, that's a lot of chips. Kind of like pepper sprayed. Some body must have been driving behind a gravel truck.
