Thanks for the input guys. I sent the car off yesterday, I did not end up washing it. I sprayed the finish with FK425 and it turned out fantastic. I'm not sure on the humidity level here that day....

Wsup all, I recently finished a paint correction on a 1956 Chevy 2-10 Post. Here is my issue. I applied a THIN coat of WG DGPS via PC with a LC red pad (speed set to 3) at approx. 3pm this afternoon....

Wsup all, I'm having some trouble polishing these wheels for a customer. The wheels are 17" Cobra R replicas. They are polished Aluminum and the metal is in decent shape, but I cannot get a decent...

I use it on my BMW wheels (18" mesh Style 5 replicas). These wheels look AMAZING when there clean. They look ehh when there dirty + they are very time consuming to clean.... So I rubbed some 845 one...

Another vote for clay. I recomend Clay Magic, you can get at your local auto-parts store.

I live approx. 20 min south of San Francisco (San Mateo). It has been near triple digits for the 5 days making it difficult to detail. How is the weather where you guys live?

I do have a steamer... Didn't even think of using it for that, thanks fellas. I will give it a try and see how it goes.

WOW.... That looks great. It's gonna take allot to maintain that shine, my buddy did the same thing to a old DHL truck. Needless to say he ended up getting it painted.

I Just bought this OTC at Pep Boys was kinda iffy about it BUT IMO it's hands down one of the best products I have used on trim. spreads nicely, has a new car finish and it's not THAT greasy...

I havent had any issues with 6.5 CCS pads. I have had allot if issues with my 5.5 pads.

Maybe time for a change....
