Sometimes stiff polishing pad with a fine polish helps.

I got pissed at one time trying to get soft paint corrected and grabbed the Griots 6" polisher---Bam, issue solved....

I like both Blackfire One Step and Speed.

The difference is that Blackfire cuts a tad more. Speed shines a tad more. For a regular person that doesn't polish much, they'll look the same.

Griots G9 is a good machine. I have the old 6' griots and in many cases it cuts better than my Rupes 15"!!!

It could be that GTI, Accord and Volvo paints may be in the middle and over to the hard side. That could explain not making a dent in the swirls.

Oh....do the same thing that you did before on trim.

Break out the DA and whatever you used before and give it a light buzz cut and be done. Should only take a couple minutes.

If that is case----prolly Blackfire One step will be ok on soft white pads.

Go ahead and clean it up with speed to get it all looking the same.
