    Re: Best Dash Cams?

Would love to hear some if the top overall choices. Was just thinking about this last week. COVID-lifestyle is the only thing unprecedented... people’s driving seems as bad as I ever recall.

Awesome, and good advice probably for anyone else who has this issue.

Re: Review: DP Need for Bead

Probably worth it for you to give it a try. I doubt I’ll be able to give any longevity information as I’ll keep using drying aids on this car for the next few weeks before doing a full correction. ...
  4. Re: Does everyone really need a $100+ DA buffer?

^^Agree, if you could find a GG6 somehow that would be great. Otherwise I assume the G9 is comparable. Griots is good enough for my personal care. Maybe someday I’ll get a Flex but that would be...
  5. Re: Does everyone really need a $100+ DA buffer?

Simple answer: yes. It’s one of the items you will never regret if you take detailing serious in any way.

    Re: CSL or Cosmic V2

Compliments from regular earthlings can be the ultimate “justifier” for a car looking great. My wife told me that a guy with his family passing us at very slow speed “stared shamelessly” yesterday...

    Re: Hello from New England!

Welcome! Spent fours years in Hartford, CT. Probably a bunch more back in New England eventually.

Depending what pads get the job done for you with UC, hopefully you wouldn’t need a finishing...

Re: Review: DP Need for Bead

Ok, so I did notice some dust accumulation over the course of my wife driving 40 miles a day to work. The car otherwise sat outside for the few days. Dust accumulation was more plentiful than my X5...

    Re: Wolfgang Uber SIO2 spray...

I’m sorry, that’s quite the surprise. Is it a black hood, was it pretty hot out?

Actually, why I didn’t just think of this, but it has to be applied very sparingly. I’d suggest maybe trying it...

That door picture looks amazing. Great job. Great wax. Good choices.

Re: Is this normal for a new tire?

I’ve not seen that, but new tires do funky things and I generally don’t apply anything to them for the first few months or couple thousand miles for that purpose. But never recall seeing things like...

    Re: Wolfgang Uber SIO2 spray...

From my experience with Pinnacle Crystal SiO2 Spray, a comparable item, it’s a wipe on, let dry/haze, then wipe the haze off. Similar to a lot of traditional spray waxes.

    I assume though you are...

    Re: CSL or Cosmic V2

Yep, totally understand. I wasn’t suggesting you buy the Arts, just letting you know in case you did already own some. Rapidwaxx has a very smooth, pleasing look.

    Re: CSL or Cosmic V2

This is the one (multiple colors) I was telling you about. It is supposed to be durable but I haven’t heard any daily driver stories yet. If it could last 4-5 months that would be a great product...

    Re: Zymöl stepping in now

@WillSports3, no making fun of me if I buy it though. I promise it isn’t the description that gets me excited. It would be my first “graphene-infused” spray.

    Re: CSL or Cosmic V2

No experience with the cremes, will try Famous at some point. Your plan sounds legit though. If you don’t have Carnauba Arts, Rapidwaxx is the next best thing.

I’m still mulling this but trouble finding things to try everything on... damn you quarantine!
  19. Re: Review: Wolfgang PROFI Ceramic Detail Spray

This scares me. Any warranty left? I assume not.

I’ll have a review coming on the PROFI Booster soon, once I get a chance to use it.
  20. Review: Wolfgang PROFI Ceramic Detail Spray

Here is my review for the new WG PROFI Ceramic Detailer Spray, which was so kindly provided to me by the folks at AG. The product can be found on AG store at the link below:

Re: 3D Speed on 15 year old Camry

You might have just sold me Dr. Color Chip. I hate dealing with paint touch up but seems to go a good job for what I understand to be way less effort than regular touch up.

Re: DG AquaWax as drying aid for ceramic coating

Re: Product Review: Wolfgang Si02 Paint Sealant

It makes sense, yes. I just think each company is going to hold on to their trademark sealant. There’s still plenty of people who don’t care about ceramics and prefer the original. That’s all I...

Re: Product Review: Wolfgang Si02 Paint Sealant

I don’t see why this would replace DGPS, I think both can live harmoniously. Haven’t seen any etching. Water sheets off ceramics for me as soon as car is in motion, same with for WG SiO2 PS.
