  1. Re: Which Flex Polisher (Beast or C-Beast) ???

I thought about the C-Beast, but decided against it. Most cars I do are heavily swirled and for that kind of money of the C-Beast, Iím just guessing it doesnít have quite what I need to be efficient....
  2. Griot's Garage G15/G21 Long-Throw Orbital Polisher *Ground-Up Redesign*

I got a chance to try my new G21. Man, this thing is powerful!!! Really donít see any need to use over speed 3, for the most part. Speed 2 is even useable. Build quality is legit. Itís not as smooth...

Re: My new favorite one step polish!

Hey Jim, thanks for the explanation. It does make sense. I have the 3401, 3D One, and white force pads. I will give this combo a shot. [emoji1360]

My new favorite one step polish!

Hey Jim, you would still use a white pad as a 1 step on hard paint? I definitely vary pad choice according to hardness for a 1 step.

    Re: Spray Ceramic Recommendation?

    Griots 3-1

User friendly, pretty good hydrophobics, durable(better than TW hybrid ceramic spray).

    Griotís BOSS Microfiber Pads

They ones with the thin red foam backing. Man, they are awesome! Very smooth polishing feel, contour well, and most importantly(to me), the fibers do not matte down after polishing a section!! Iíve...
  11. Re: Which is more glossy between TLC 2 and Beadmaker?

Funny thing is, they call it BEAD maker, but the hydrophobic nature is definitely sub par to other spray sealants out there. Iíd does have nice gloss and slickness, however.

    Re: Flex XFE15 150 18.0-EC Underwhelming

Light cut with the force white pads, IMO. If you come across hard paint, I wouldnít bother with these pads, unless the defects are very minimal.

    Re: Pad recommendations

Buff & Shine Uro Tec pads work well on both. With that said, I still buy different pads geared for each machine.

My favorite on a long throw DA are Rupes Foam pads and MF pads.

    My favorite on...

Re: Review: Wolfgang Si02 Paint Sealant

I think a good prep wipe would leave the paint better prepared than a prep polish.

    Re: Motherís CMX is here!

Very good hydrophobics from CMX, but durability is horrible. Iím wondering if itís applied once a week, if it would build up on the paint, increasing durability?
