  5. Re: Recommendations on polishing products to start with?

To be honest, the Orange pads are always my go-to's.

Try and work early in the am, later in the day, or on a cloudy day. All of those help.

Also, I would consider the Griot's Correcting...

There is no definitive answer of how long it remains on anything.

Remember 2 weeks ago when you didn't need to wear a mask? OOPS! Now it is recommended.

The only safe thing to do...

Re: Ceramic vs. Wax - Can We Cut To The Chase?

But....... Some of us here do not mind, (rather enjoy) the application of fresh (non-coating) LSP's every 6 months.

This enjoyment also includes the peace of mind of not having to deal with the...

Re: What did you do today non-detailing related?

Check your pre-packaged popcorn label for Propylene Glycol.

It's on there. It's also the main ingredient in "Non-toxic" antifreeze.

These industries can always figure out ways to make us all...

LI weather has been crappy (as usual for April), but today was nice, and tomorrow the same.

I think I'll try a few things out on my...

    Re: Griots polisher broke

That sucks. Every brand will have a dud here or there, but at least with Griot's it won't cost you an arm & a leg to get the entire unit replaced. In fact, it'll be free.

    And, you might even get...

Re: Desperately need new microfibers ...

Yeah, that's why I said "largest one you deem useful". A lot of guys say the largest ones are "too large".

With a full sized truck, I disagree. I also like to use my blower to dry.

    But...

Re: Review: Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Polish & Wax
