Like you I seldom park in tight places and wouldn't even consider hanging such a hideous looking contraption on my bumper.
What about the front bumper, is it not exposed to dings and bumps? ...
If you want the max gloss/shine, you need to polish with a machine. Porter Cable is a reliable DA, but a Griot G9 IMO would be a better choice because of the torque and the life-time warranty for a...
Thanks for the link. Can you imagine polishing glass with a Porter Cable?
Please explain to me why you need a interface pad. Wouldn't a rayon glass polishing pad work on regular 5" backing plate?
I realize that the rayon pad is very thin..does interface pad give it...
Awesome job, John. Can't get over how nice the interior was. Goes to show you how much better the leather was 30+ years ago.
That first picture is impressive.
Went to that link and it seems Power Lock is still available.
Jescar Powerlock has a new name and look. Someone mentioned that the new formula is more durable, dunno.
Good Luck! A parttimer with only 6 months under your belt and probably no shop.
Keep trying, someone might take a chance on you.
Ahh, I see the word Kit and a pad and some polish.
It's probably the early G9's that was still called a 6" RO. If the polisher looks like the picture on the box, it's a G9.
Adams new Graphene. Anyone try?

If your over 50 get those cataracts taken care of. You will see a new and brighter world.
Just cleaned my new chrome wheels that was coated with Dlux. Decideded to clean with a glass cleaner instead of of usual soap and water. Used Megs, Sonax, Clarify, Spray Way, Invisible Glass and...
Read all the labels on Chemical Guy's products and it's the best since can beer. They have the best ad writers on this planet.
[QUOTE=dieselfan1;1709847]I also have a couple cases of Lucas Slick Mist wax spray that I got a killer deal on. Is this stuff any good in your opinion? I kind of use this as a detail spray not really...
You want a good pre-wash..and that's what a foam cannon should do, "Pre-wash". Try Car Pro's "Lift".
You called it faint and superficial and the picture looks worse than it really is. Your words.
There is a good chance this will happen again and again..maybe worse next time unless you wash it yourself.
Off thread to Dave..have you heard that Biden's Major is biting 15% of the white house staff. This is after having behavioral classes.:wowwow:
Biden wants 2 trillion dollars to repave all the roads in America.:D
Imagine some of us with low profile tires!:wowwow:
Chemical Guys Bare Bones is on the top of my list for plastic fender wells. It sprays on well and the smell is awesome.
