    Re: Brake caliper paint

Yes, I was very surprised by how good this was. I helped my brother with his Mustang this weekend and the paint match was very good for a difficult color. (Windveil Blue)

Color is hard to see in...

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Thanks. I had no intention of selling just under 2 years in since I loved the Impreza, but....Carvana literally offered me almost $4k above what Subaru could possibly give so I went for the upgrade....

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

I sold my Impreza a couple of weeks ago and got an 21 Outback. Came extremely clean from the dealer swirl wise, so I just gave it a good wash and then applied some TW Hybrid Ceramic Spray Coating....

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Uber waterless, then gave the updated Meguiars Quik Wax another try. It does take a little more buffing than it used to, but it definitely is slicker and the water behavior is more like UFF which is...

Uber waterless wipe down earlier today. A little sunset shot after a ride with the kids.

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Tried the new Meguiars Ultimate Quik Wax after a Wolfgang waterless wash. Not much of a difference to me except it seems slightly easier to work with and the new spray bottle is great. I guess I’ll...

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Took my Impreza through a touch less wash and then did a waterless wash at home with Ultima WW+. It’s been a while since they put salt down and we most likely won’t have it again this season.

    Once...

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Finally got a chance to do a waterless wash even though it’ll be dirty by tomorrow. Lol Ultima WW+ and then some 303 spray wax on some spots.

    Re: Black Painted Rims

I only use waterless wash on my wheels. (I know steelies are not the same as real black wheels, but they are painted black Lol) The key is putting good layer of protection on them. I put a couple of...

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Switched over to Ultima WW+ from WG Uber and it worked very well on my first wash. I loved the Uber but I wanted something that had more of a wax booster built in especially for winter when I don’t...

  14. Re: Finally going to start doing/using RW and WW's... Here are my options

I've been doing waterless washes exclusively for at least 3 years and Wolfgang Uber can't be beat for effectiveness, ease of use and value. Meguiar's UWWA was great and left behind nice protection...

    Re: Post Your Beading Shots!!!

Almost 8 months into Ultimate Fast Finish on my wife’s Tiguan. Only a few Wolfgang waterless washes during that period, no boosters and always outside. I think it’s still pretty solid considering.

Applied some Beadmaker over the winter Collinite 476 because the dust attraction was annoying me. Lol

Waterless with Wolfgang Uber and a quick spray down with 303 Spray Wax on my wheels. Everything worked well considering it was roughly 38-40 degrees. Lol

I always use these on paint, including polishing and I've never had an issue. They are very good towels for the price.
