  1. Re: Is pretreating necessary when rinseless washing?

I would say no, but it depends.

If I’m really being diligent and keeping a solution mixed up and wiping the car down with it every other day or something? I don’t pretreat.

    If I pressure rinse...

Re: Recommendations for a FOAMING waterless wash?

I’ve seen the rag company use it as a rinseless in a video, but I don’t think I’ve seen anyone specifically try to foam it on and use it like a waterless wash. But I’ll give it another search before...

Re: Recommendations for a FOAMING waterless wash?

Know what? I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone try doing it this way.

I’m gonna buy a bottle right now and test it in my IK foamer and take one for the team.

Re: Recommendations for a FOAMING waterless wash?

I’ve alway wondered how P&S pearl would work being used in the foaming waterless style. It’s marketed as being able to be used as a rinseless, so I’d imagine it could function that way.

Re: My issue with Interior Detailers.....

I sometimes use meguiars d156. I’m not really overly picky about how my interior looks, so I can’t say whether or not it transforms the look at all.

I also couldn’t really say if it protects very...

Owners pride detailing also offers a foaming rinseless/waterless product. I’ve not used it but it looks interesting.

    Re: Carpro Immolube

I didn’t have the issue of a prep wipe, but I just used it after I finished washing the vehicles I’ve used it on. Sprayed it out of a pump sprayer on to a wet car and went to town, then rinsed the...

    Re: Carpro Immolube

I dilute it. It says on the bottle to do so, if I’m not mistaken. It didn’t even come with a sprayer.

I’ll have to check my bottle when I get home, but it says it on carpros website.

I should probably clarify, PERL isn’t probably gross to everyone. It just has a coconut smell which thanks to some less than stellar experiences drinking in the past makes me feel nauseous to this...

    Carpro Immolube

Re: best rinseless wash for winter?

Re: How long does your maintenance wash take?

    Honestly, it depends.

The biggest fluctuations come from what I use after the rinse to actually wash. Sometimes I use a car soap, sometimes I just follow my pressure rinse with a rinseless wash so...
