    Re: 303 Graphene

I did apply to a couple panels at a time and shook it every time I sprayed on the applicator. Truck looked fantastic and after the first rain the beading was great. Then a few days later just nothing...

    Re: 303 Graphene

Klasse AIO is acrylic and in my experience it does not bead water. It also doesn’t give the paint a slick feel to the touch. It does a good job of deep cleaning the paint without abrasives which is...

    Re: 303 Graphene

I did but used Klasse all in one about a month before applying the graphene. I though it might not have bonded to it but 303 said it would

    303 Graphene

I tried this last summer and really loved how my black truck looked. First rain and the beading was great. I figured if it lasted even three months I’d found my new LSP. Just days later when it...

    Re: Polish for black Tundra

I might just try the Sonax. Can’t find the 3D One on the autogeek store site. I’m sure the perfecting cream would do the job but I’m afraid it might take forever. Getting too old to hold that...

    Re: Polish for black Tundra

I will check out 3D One. Don’t want to use a polish/sealant combo because I’ve used a couple of them and the protection doesn’t seem to last. On another topic I got good durability from Wolfgang SIO2...

    Polish for black Tundra

I need to choose a polish for my black 2019 truck. It’s a daily driver that gets lightly scratched up in the woods during fall bird hunting season. I’d like to do it once after claying it so...

    Re: I hate black

My truck looks dark black in shady areas but in the sun it looks faded. Not ever going to get it to look like the paint is about to drip off on to the driveway.

Looks more like a mirror than a hood. Nice job!

    Re: I hate black

Lots of good suggestions. I think I’m using too much of the spray product even though I do small sections at a time. Have to try spraying it on the towel instead of the paint and dial back the volume...
  12. Re: 2006 Toyota Sequoia - Comet Wash - Extreme Makeover - BLACKFIRE One Step

That is really an incredible transformation. The hood shots show such a difference. That must have taken some serious hours to do. Great job!

    I hate black

When I use sio2 spray it seems streaky no matter how much I wipe it. Same thing with Optimum opti clean. Toyota’s black is metal flake and it has a faded look to it. No way to get that wet look no...

Re: When to replace microfiber towels

Gets kind of expensive to use them once and toss them. I would go through so many in a year without washing and reusing them

Re: When to replace microfiber towels

I got a package deal with Wolfgang sio2 sealant and some towels. Not sure what brand they are. Still going to order some more and retire my older towels. Some are fairly new

  17. Re: First Major Detail Planned this Weekend - Question about Wolfgang Products

Sounds like you did everything right. Not buying a black truck was a good way to start. Never will I buy black again

Re: When to replace microfiber towels

Since I didn’t have any issues applying and drying the Sio2 in cooler temps I’m betting it was too hot. The product seemed to be smearing around rather than wiping dry. I guess being out of the sun...

    When to replace microfiber towels

I have a bunch of towels that are years old. I just throw them in the wash together with a tide pod and dry them. While applying Sio2 spray I seem to have fuzz coming off and sticking to the paint. I...

    Re: 303 graphene longevity issue

I had washed the truck and it seemed to bead well after it was cleaned. Rained again last night and truck was still clean. Again no water beading which is hard to figure because the first time it got...

    Re: 303 graphene longevity issue

I just ordered some Wolfgang iso2 spray sealant to top the graphene. I just wanted to see if the durability of the graphene would live up to the claims.

    Re: 303 graphene longevity issue

I wondered if the fact it had some dust on it from where I park at work made a difference. After washing it the beading was restored to the hood and roof. It rained last night so I thought any dust...

    303 graphene longevity issue

I used this on a black Toyota Tundra. Did a couple panels at a time to not let it dry too long but did wait for it to haze over. First time it rained the beading and water shedding was incredible and...
  25. Re: BlackFire One Step or Pinnacle for dark colored car

I used Blackfire one step for the first time today on a new black truck. Had issues with it slinging around but that’s probably me. It does look good but doesn’t feel as slick as other products I’ve...
