I used the new capitains UV50 coating last year and really liked it. My question which i cant seem to find anywhere is what to do this year the boat still looks pretty good do i put...

much improved over the original coating Marine 31 offered...much easier to apply and take off...

I've been doing that the stuff is tuff as nails it doesn't come off easy ...one side came out amazing cant wait to see how long it lasts

is there a method to remove Marine 31 Captains Coating UV50?....I didn't follow directions last fall and didn't rub the coating off before it dried and now I have streaking and drips, yes I suppose...

spent the day with 3M extra cut and white pads getting the streaking off...if its that tuff when put on correctly it should last....anyone doing this put on a small section at a time and buff there...

directions say apply coating with foam applicator pad in back and forth and side to side motion, gently level excess product and move on to the next section.

directions should add "buff off...

same experience .....after i managed to get one side buffed out it looks awesome....but i ran out of time on the other side of the boat....the next morning its impossible to get off....what do i do...

i made a mistake yesterday and ran out of time before dusk...i didn't realize that after you apply marine 31 captains coating you need to wipe off ..?....figured it out on one side but it was tough...
