    Re: DFB's Soapy Notes

When Matt from Obsessed Garage was testing soap ph levels hyper wash acted the same way. It rose in ph when diluted but the other soaps he tested fell in ph when diluted. He called the chemist from...

    Re: DFB's Soapy Notes

You probably won't like how thick it is, but overall it is a decent soap. And for us folks here in the states it is a nice bargain. I actually have some older clips of it in a foam cannon, I...

    Re: Post Your Unpacking Pictures

The coin op pressure is actually pretty low since joe blow down the street might have the nozzle point blank on the paint trying to remove dried on bird droppings from months ago, it's a liability...

I dig the ZR1 bumper, will you be adding a splitter to it as well? Satin orange will look awesome great choice.

    Re: Bilt Hamber Distribution

Should be coming soon. They're just hammering out the fine details. Matt stated as soon as the container hits the water he will open the pre order for BH products.

    Re: DFB's Soapy Notes

Oh hyper wash is super thick. Probably my one gripe with it really. Other than that it is a nice soap. Cleans well and decent lubrication. The scent is nothing special. It seems to be in the...

    Re: Waterless wash/quick detail

I used Wolfgang Uber sio2 rinseless recently and really enjoyed it. Left behind some very nice gloss and left the paint feeling slick, even cleaned the wheels with it.

    Re: DFB's Soapy Notes

Thanks for sharing this DFB. Would be interested to hear your thoughts on Meguiar's D110 Hyper Wash although they only sell it in a gallon and I know they charge a premium for that stuff over down...

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Just a suggestion, but you can get by on "free and clear" laundry detergent if it makes more sense for the wallet.

    Re: Waterless wash/quick detail

OP, do you mind if the product leaves behind protection like a "wash & wax" or would you prefer something more like a straight up cleaner?

Re: Current Best Hose Nozzle of Choice

That is pretty damn good flow and seems like it is well built. Makes the orbit pro series seem like a great bang for your buck nozzle as far as flow is concerned. Thanks for sharing.

Eley seems to be the flavor of the month, but for $80 I'm leaning towards the Orbit for $17.

Recently saw a youtube video comparing different hose nozzles, although they're all thumb drives, there is an orbit model that has superior flow and decent spray patterns. I think he said he was...

Re: The Camaro is dead! Long live the Camaro

Sucks to hear the old camaro was totaled, I know you loved that car. But that new one is pretty damn sweet! Any plans for future modifications or will you just leave it "as is"?
  19. Re: Lake Country pads - HDO CCS/SDO CCS vs Regular HDO/SDO?

Since your polisher has a 15mm throw the HDO lineup would be better suited for your setup. Some say the CCS dimples provide a smoother experience since less of the pad is making contact with the...

Re: Current Best Hose Nozzle of Choice

I have become partial to this Gilmour model. The swivel is a plus and the flood setting comes in handy for flood rinsing panels which leaves very minimal residual water behind.

In what way is it not as good? Durability? Overall appearance? Hydrophobic properties?
  24. Re: Anything new or worth considering LSP wise for 2024?

They are coming out with a V2 of adapt that addresses streaking issues. It's refreshing that a company actually listens to their consumers.
