  3. Re: What's Your Favorite Go To All-in-One Interior Cleaning/Protecting Product...?

I'm with you on this... I live in the great white north so really can't do much in the winter but do a good deep interior cleaning in the spring and fall.
  4. Re: What's Your Favorite Go To All-in-One Interior Cleaning/Protecting Product...?

Thanks. I've considered this one but hardly ever see it come up here in the forums as far as reviews or recommendations. I do use other BF products with good results.
  5. What's Your Favorite Go To All-in-One Interior Cleaning/Protecting Product...?

I know this has been asked on here before, probably many times but as products change and new products come out I thought I’d ask it again for an update. I’m looking for the best all-around interior...

    Re: Midwest Winter Paint Protection

Mid-December, two month update on my DD Accord winter protection plan.

In mid-October I clayed it, applied BF One Step by machine with a polishing pad, buffed it out by hand, applied Sonax PNS,...
  10. Winter Maintenance and Washing with Hot Water

I live in the upper Midwest where we can have 6 months of hard winter. They use a ton of salt on the roads. I don’t mind winter, all the snow, the below zero temps, etc… but I HATE all the salt. I...
  11. Re: So its getting into the colder weather now, I need to throw on some protection... suggestions?

I'll second this motion... DO NOT LET IT HAZE unless you hate your shoulders and forearms.

Re: Elbow Grease Marathon - Lesson Learned

I went 4 days between PNS and 476 applications. I hear you and you sound much more knowledgeable than I on this stuff... I was just trying to get the best winter protection I could with the products...

Re: Elbow Grease Marathon - Lesson Learned

I did do this some and it worked OK... I had to turn the speed setting up to 5 or 6 in some areas to cut cut through some of it. It was thick and bad!

Re: Elbow Grease Marathon - Lesson Learned

Very well could have... I put it on thick for the upcoming winter. I sure learned my lesson!! Funny and ironic thing is that I got the DA to apply by machine to save my arms and shoulders... guess...

Great advice I wish I knew before I applied it to the whole car and allowed it to haze. My arms are still sore! LOL!

    Re: Blackfire One Step Experience

Thanks Mike. I was on speed 4 most of the time and I could keep the pad spinning pretty well as long as I didn't put too much down pressure on it.

    Re: Blackfire One Step Experience

I am spreading on setting 2 first before bumping the speed up to 5/6. I think my issue might be more of using saturated pads. But if I keep it on speed setting 4, I'm fine. Not sure if speed...

    Re: Too Much Splatter

Thank you. There was definitely a difference between new and "absored in" stage with the pad. Once it was absorbed in, I could control it better although I still got splatter.
