    It's a proprietary backing plate, not like any of the standard plates. Not to say someone couldn't make one but it's not like anything I've ever seen before.

    I've done it in San Antonio, get off the phone and go in person so you have a face to reference and proof you spoke to someone in case things go south.

    You need to do your research and consult the local business that you may be in front of, some have responsibilities to the street and some don't. If they don't you have to speak to the city office...

    You offered a one step, charged for a 1 step and gave a 2 plus step.

    One step is add your polish, work the panel with your passes, wipe and move on. That's it, your not going back your not trying...
