    Re: HD Speed - usage

I usually use 6 pea sized drops initially to prime the pad with a mist of water when using white hybrid pads on the Flex 3401. I then follow up with 3-4 drops depending on the vehicle. Speed is very...

Re: HARD Audi Clear & SEVERE Swirls

As the others have said cut speed down for sure when using menz FG400. I recommend the saying:

    'slow down to speed up'

With menz FG400 by simply slowing down machine speed and working smaller...
  9. Re: Flex 3401 vs 4inch backing plate system carnage

I usually grab my rotary when I need heavy correction and refine with either rupes or flex3401. In this case after doing initial test spots the 3401 combined with orange hybrid pad corrected very...

Re: Flex PE8 OR THE RUPES LHR 75E..

I pretty much use my GG 3inch for wetsanding that's about it. I use my 75E for correction. The GG mini is a PERFECT wet sanding tool!

    Re: Definitive levels of correction

Makes sense. Many of my customers just want a 'refresh' to bring the 'shine' back. When I get into correction and steps some just seem confused no mater how I explain it
  19. Re: Flex 3401 vs 4inch backing plate system carnage

Yeah, I took a closer look it seems to have melted a bit also. Was working great and correcting as I wanted until she broke. Kinda sucks if your limited to speed with this backing plate option.
  20. Re: Flex 3401 vs 4inch backing plate system carnage

Yeah I used the bolt and washer included with the kit.
