So far my best results are with plain water. I presoak the area with D101 or D108 depending on the stain then hit it with water. I'll use a brush to agitate if the stain is stubborn.

+1 for Meguiar's Super Degreaser! I use it 10:1 on my tires and wheel wells! I also dip my brushes in a bucket of soapy water to get nice and sudsy!

Depending on how bad they are I start with 600, 1000, 1500, then 2000 before polishing with Menz. SHC 300 and finishing with Menz. 3500...
