I have a 2015 GTI as well (and love it!), and have used Meguiars Gold Class Leather Conditioner spray with good results. A little slippery for a couple of days, but looks great.

Just tried some Duragloss Aquawax, and was very impressed. Easy to use, and leaves a nice gloss. It seems to attract less dust than I'm used to.

Agreed. I think that this had to do more about "fogged" clear coat. But I may have dreamed it!

Can't you use heat to correct some clear coat issues? I think I remember something about that.

Would a blend using part tap water and part RO, Distilled or Deionized water give the best of both worlds? Our water is fairly hard.

Also, I've been using distilled water to mix my Sonax Clear...

CarPro recommends testing a spot before using on single stage paint. Apparently it can dissolve some paints. :doh:

I understand that, but I wish they would magically disappear! When I said re-coated, I meant that an AIO sealant can be layered like a wax using a DA if needed.

I think that the difference is in the sealant vs ceramic coating. A sealant is sort of a synthetic wax which is not as hard as the clear coat. A ceramic coating is very hard, similar to the clear...

I'll be keeping the cover (which I wash regularly) to keep critters and sap off! No garage space, no room for a carport.
