Anyone else have an issue with clearcoat peeling off their rims? I have a 4 month old Mazda 6 Grand Touring and the rims look like a sunburn.

I used a tire shine product on my 4 month old 2016 Mazda and now I need to replace a rim, need to to check the others but all I know is that the following day the clear coat on my rim started peeling...

I can probably get better results with a generic department store brand product then someone who does not use correct technique using top tier products.

It is really 90% technique 10% product.
