Thanks for the advice. I'll put on another coat of the SiO2 tomorrow. Using less. I did use two towels to remove the SiO2 and I'll do that again tomorrow.

OK. The SiO2 has arrived and has been used on the X3. Not sure if it gave me better results than the Crystal Seal in terms of shine, but it does look good. Durability - time will tell I guess. ...
