That's what I thought as well, it is seated correctly, and was like that when I removed it. I always ensure the plate is seated correctly before polishing.
This polishes has been used a few times...
I did try once again but after 4 hours of curing and there was far less hazing. Although still some present.

Mike, I noticed in your post you run the polisher at 3-4 speed while making 6-8 passes?
I ran mine at speed 5 making 5 passes. So faster speed less passes.
I will try this next time
