    Re: Meguiar's M205 vs. M210

Of course I probably should have asked.....Can the 210 be used on it's own instead of as a follow up to 110?

    Meguiar's M205 vs. M210

    Hi All,

Tried to get a straight answer out of Meguiar's about the differences between the 2 products and didn't have much luck. I've always used 205 on my cars and my most recent is a silver...

    Question about Megs pads

    Hi Folks,

Quick question here. Last pads I used on my porter cable were the Megs soft buff W8006 type 6.5" diameter. I am thinking of getting the newer low profile megs pads in 5" diameter and...
  9. Re: What is the best method to salvage this steering wheel?

Sorry this is so late, but I just used Super Clean on my steering wheel today. BE VERY CAREFUL around plastic buttons etc....I diluted 10:1 and this stuff is very potent.

Re: Super Clean on the interior?

Yeah about that ^^^ I'm a little Upset about that to be honest. I have ALWAYS prided myself on doing extensive research before trying new products etc...So I really thought that given the results...

Re: Super Clean on the interior?

Thank you Thom, I appreciate the response. My dilution (10:1) was definitely not plastic safe....at least not for my buttons. The buttons were definitely dirty prior to using the APC, but they were...

Re: Super Clean on the interior?

Thanks for the recommendations Bob. And here I thought I had done my due diligence. I thought, I was being safe and going beyond what the Pro's in the videos used. The 303 didn't do much to help...

    Super Clean on the interior?

In looking for a good APC that was readily available, I ran across several videos that recommended Super Clean....the purple stuff available at the local auto parts store. Some vids had the dilution...
  16. Re: So many products to choose from. I need some help.

Thank you SWETM, excellent info and suggestions! Road salt is the bane of many a car enthusiasts existence!
  17. Re: So many products to choose from. I need some help.

I have to laugh, I was thinking to myself how could I describe the shine and durability I want? You guys remember Raiders of the Lost Ark? I want faces to melt like the Nazi soldiers faces did if...
  18. Re: So many products to choose from. I need some help.

Thanks Guys, I appreciate it. We do try to make it over to Petey's in Rye at least once a year when headed to Maine or Salisbury Beach so I might just drop you a line before heading over sometime! ...
  19. Re: So many products to choose from. I need some help.

All sound advice Gents and I appreciate it. Beadmaker peaked my interest, I see there was quite a bit of polarization surrounding it too. Would there be any reason to replace my duragloss with bead...
  20. Re: So many products to choose from. I need some help.

Thank you for the recommendations! Unfortunately, I have a HORRIBLE tendency to overthink everything. I obsess over researching products and comparisons and it's something I really need to work on....
  21. Re: So many products to choose from. I need some help.

Thanks Mark, going to pull the trigger on the WETS. From what I've seen you say, I should NOT be overly concerned with a 4 oz. bottle not going far enough.
  22. Re: So many products to choose from. I need some help.

Truth! I expected more. Still like the product, but perhaps my expectations were a little too high and unreasonable. I can get past a bit of longevity but streaking after a rain is not something I...
  23. Re: So many products to choose from. I need some help.

Ugh....This is exactly what I mean! All of these companies seem to be exceedingly good at making great stuff these days. I bet there is quite a bit of overlap in active ingredients. Seems like...
  24. Re: So many products to choose from. I need some help.

Just looked it up. Definitely interested in giving it a try for the trim.....I think you're right about it getting a little spendy for use on tires.
  25. Re: So many products to choose from. I need some help.

Interesting....I will have to look check out WETS. I'm not familiar with it at all.
