Its not like you have to leave it on the paint 12hrs before wiping. Apply it, grab a beer, wipe it off. I'm pretty sure most sealants have similar cure times.. Not everyone advertises it though.

My wife has an LS... But I've honestly never done any correction on it. The pearl white hides everything so well. Plus I hate working on white. Just an AIO or paint cleaner twice a year.

Depends on what I'm working on/with, but generally my cutting stage will be 1500 plus or minus a couple hundred.
