So I am currently in the middle of cutting a 2008 Jetta. Love that hard clear...ha.

I am using Meguiar's M101 and some B&S pads.

Does it make sense that I get more correction with an orange...

This better work well on some VAG paint. Black Jetta. Haha.

Well Rupes 15, BnS white pad and Sonax 4/6 PF are the winners.

Make it look pretty much flawless. Which is expected from a 2008 with only 6842 kms.

Let's see how this goes...

It is orange in color and I don't know the year. Haha. I assume new with such low kilometres.

I've been reading this a lot lately too. That's why I just ordered it for my Audi's hard clear vs. M105. Suppose to be an all round better compound. Apparently dust control and work times are better...

I have a Dodge Viper coming in from a referral this Thursday, and I am wondering about clear coat hardness.

My process is applying the wax or sealant at night then do a coat of wax again in the morning. Shouldn't get dirty sitting there usually. Especially in a garage.

The oxidation/stuff from any flake on the microfiber towels, does that come out after a wash? And would you reuse them on a normal car (with normal clear) during a detail job? Whether it be wiping...
