I polish a lot of metal and once adapted a 3" flappy wheel to mine. Burned up the Dremel in a matter of minutes. I agree with the lack of torque statement.
I'm 43 and coming up on a year of full time detailing. I was part time for a few years before I retired from the Air Force last October. I was a helicopter mechanic during my time in so I am beat up...
Mine has the black specks, walking and a clunking sound. I have a total of about 30 minutes on it before it all started to happen. I had money to make so I gave up on it. I plan to call tomorrow and...
I ran into the same issue with my XFE and went back to using my 3401s. I haven't found time to open it up and see what's going on yet. Have you found out the cause or a fix?
What rouge and wheels are you using? Cleaning your wheels between passes?
Soft aluminum is a pain since it holds rouge. Fill a old sock up with baking soda and lightly rub after each compounding...
I was once escorting one of our helicopters back from the desert and when we landed in Spain for fuel (last stop before the US), customs said our helicopter was too dirty. We had to download it from...
I've been reaching for speed a lot more lately. I grabbed a gallon after reading everyone's thoughts about it last fall. Didn't get around to giving it a go until last month. It blew my mind how easy...

I recently went full time on my mobile operation and wanted dedicated cans for work.
I have cans that are 10-15 years old sitting in the shed and haven't had a need to replace them.
I would suggest finding a friend with a different compressor so that you can eliminate the gun being the issue.
I run my black from a Ingersol Rand 30 gal and it does great for about 3-4 minutes of...
Thanks for all your inputs. I know I'm not crazy for having an issue with them now.
I'll look into your fixes and hopefully move past this trying time in my life.
I was in a rush to get it done so I didn't even think about pictures till long after the sun went down. This is one I took of the hood.
The paint was fairly soft and was not a pain to correct.
I recently did a newer F350 in black with a 2 step correction. It was swirled up and had some minor scratches.
Flex 3401 with LC orange hybrid / Menz 400 followed by LC white hybrid Menz 4500 gave...
