    I don’t think there’s any actual citrus in the meguiar’s. It’s just citrus scented.

    Just did a set like that. What’s weird was iron x soap straight didn’t react nor did meguiar’s dub wheel cleaner. Also tried meguiar’s non acid 4 to 1 with no results. Had to go to an old standby...

    I have an idea as to how you could cut the pad. Get a cookie cutter in the size that you want and just a regular propane torch. Heat the cookie cutter and it "should" make a clean cut.

    If you use a coating cleaning will be much easier. Most of the time you can you your same car wash soap with a soft brush.
