Nice Pat. Hoping for some good weather this weekend, so I can get to my truck detailing. Which I'm not driving much, since currently working from home!
Thanks Pat. I've tried so many different dressings....and I always come back to two: Adam's VRT, and Stoner's. Might have to check this one out. Do you think it would work well on the black trim of...
Thanks for this review Pat. I've been looking for something good to do the WeatherTech mats in my Ram. I used Megs 40 as well, but I've found it difficult to use.
So... I am rethinking my original opinion on the Griot's Best of Show. Meaning....I like it! My truck hasn't been washed or even gone over for two weeks today, since I came home from the Carlisle...
Ok - so I bought some Griots BOS Detailer at the distributer at the Carlisle show this weekend. And tried it on my 16 Ram Blue Streak Pearl. Maybe it was the humidity - but it was just "ok". It's not...
Dang! I really like my Optimum. I may have to try some of this. Bottom line though, there are probably 100s of QDs on the market, and most are good. Pick one you like, with a decent price, and it's...
Use the Battery Tender for my Viper, which can sit for weeks/months at a time in my unheated garage. Plug it in, and forget it. Flashes green as it's bring up the charge then solid green.
I tired the Black Shine Trim and Trim, and didn't care for it. Slings. If I'm going with an aerosol (which I'll only use on my Ram, and not the Viper tires) I just use Stoner's.
I attended the Carlisle Truck Nationals this weekend, and as always, there are a lot a small "boutique" detail products for sale. I know we can't discuss what isn't sold here, but I wanted to know if...
Any trim dressing I've tried (quite a few) have some "run" after sitting in a humid overnight, or after rain. I just did my trim this afternoon, with Mother's Protectant. An oldie but goodie, it...
Thanks for the review Pat. I currently use Reload, and another brand product (whose name can't be mentioned on this forum, but begins with an "A"), and both work well. I use them both on the Viper,...
I have WeatherTechs in my 2016 Ram. Went all winter, and they where nasty with salt, etc. Simply wipe them down with soap and water. Then spray liberally with Megs 40. Wiper off excess. Done. Look...
Old school Megs 34 plays nice with my C-Quartz'd Viper. Also, another detail spray, made by a company that starts with 'A' which is designed for matte finishes is nice as well.
