Re: CERAKOTE enters the Auto Ceramic Coating Market

If it was a glass coating then it would be great. If someone likes sheeting then this would be it.

Re: CERAKOTE enters the Auto Ceramic Coating Market

I’ll have my video soon. I will just say this, the hydrophobic’s after the first wash is rather disappointing.

Re: CERAKOTE enters the Auto Ceramic Coating Market

It is not looking good for this coating from what others have been posting. EC Details and Detailing Made Simple.
  8. Re: Suggest me a one-step polish with nothing left behind!

The important thing is to use a panel prep prior to applying a coating to remove any of the oils. The other thing is to avoid certain products that are heavy in oils such as Menzerna or Ultimate...
  9. Re: Best coating having the strong hydrophobic properties?

There is no best coating. Most coatings have very good hydrophobic behavior. The question is what brands are you looking at?

Re: CERAKOTE enters the Auto Ceramic Coating Market

Cerakote sent me the coating. We shall see if it’s good or not.

Re: cQuartz UK and SiC Stopped Beading Water

    Re: Low gloss ceramic

Matte ppf the entire car or have it wrapped. Try that ppf coating on the paint.

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Keep using it as a stand alone.

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?
