Are drying towels supposed to be air dried?

I’ve always used low heat without issue.

    Re: Removing CarPro Ech20

Thank you guys. Seems like the Descale alone got rid of it. Polished the entire car as well and now waiting to do the coating on Sunday.

    Removing CarPro Ech20

    Hey guys,

Tomorrow I plan on ceramic coating my car for the first time with Gyeon Mohs, however a couple of weeks ago I used Ech20 as a drying aid so this needs to be removed as I’m seeing it...

    Re: Ceramic Coating applicators

    Bumping this up.

Roughly how many applicators are used for a single coat, like Gyeon Mohs, just the applicator it comes with or will I need more?

Re: Koch Chemie FSE and Water Spot discussion thread

I found Gyeon’s Water spot remover to be pretty good.

I used descale (bucket) to remove my water spots and just found myself using the Gyeon product to get them out. I learned I have very hard...

Re: Please compare MOHS and CQuartz UK 3.0

Interesting. I’ve definitely gotten a little bit rainbow’ing. Thanks for clearing that up.

Safe to put on a second coat 24 hours after the first? Or did I miss the window?

Re: Please compare MOHS and CQuartz UK 3.0

I’ve run into the issue where the rainbow effect isn’t so evident with D.Lux. Sometimes I’ll get it, and then on another part of the wheel I won’t. Perhaps too much product? Conditions weren’t...

Re: Please compare MOHS and CQuartz UK 3.0

With UK3.0, does it have to flash to be ready to remove? Meaning, if it’s not flashing, wait until it does?

  19. Re: New Car Coating (first time): CQuartz 3.0 or MOHS EVO - Overwhelmed with options!

    Option 2.

I had my mindset on UK3.0 but slickness and only needing one true coat swayed me to Mohs. I’ll be applying mine in a few weeks.

Re: First go - ceramic coating, experienced detailer

After reading some of the glowing reviews and watching a bunch of YouTube videos, I’ll be throwing out my CarPro fanboy card and going Gyeon Mohs.
  21. Re: CQuartz UK 3.0 on new car - Need help with supply checklist!

The Rag Company pearl towels for coating removal. They have a 12pack for $23 on their site or the edgeless 300 will also do the trick and they're a bit cheaper.

    Re: Pre-PPF Routine Help

Wanted to bump this guy up rather than making a new thread.

For a car’s first foam wash, would an acidic car soap be recommended or should I stick to Reset?

    Re: Griots PFM drying towel

I scoured the site looking for something I may need since this was such a great deal and have been wanting to try out the PFM, I had to get something! Consumerism at its finest.
