    BISSELL SpotClean ProHeat Portable?

Is this thing any good for $59.99 or is the more expensive one in the second link a much better choice? Thanks!

Re: How to wash pad covered in wax?

As Mike Phillips perfectly said earlier in this thread...

"Car waxes and synthetic paint sealants are NOT water soluble.

Most compounds and polishes ARE water soluble.

    To get all the...

Re: How to wash pad covered in wax?

It's too much BS, time and money cleaning them so I just look for a bargain on quality pads (hand applicator pads) and toss them after use especially when using Collinite.

Re: Meguiar's MT300 Power Cord Issue

Yes this was the same issue with a previous model of theirs. I had the same problem happen within 2 months with the previous Meguiar's model. I chose to return it for a full refund. I then purchased...

Re: Road Salt Ground into Carpet

Distilled white vinegar works for me. I wonder if Stoner's Xenit would work since it's citrus based?

    Re: Tire Dressings?

Thanks! My ideal product would be something that has the look of 303 Aerospace Protectant when *first* applied and would last a while. 303 also applies nicely in my opinion. In recent years I mainly...

Re: Megs Non Acid Wheel and Tire

I think it does a very good job and I feel it's safe. It's my go to wheel cleaner these days and if I have anything that it won't tackle I go to Megs Wheel Brightener which is acid based.
  10. Re: How To: Sonax Polymer Net Shield Paint & Wheels

Any issues with the over spray on to the rotors? I sprayed PNS onto a foam pad and applied it to the entire car including wheels and exterior glass that way. I recently tried PNS and I'm not sure I'm...
  11. Re: Which electric pressure washer? There should be a sticky

I stand corrected as I see they have one rated up to 3100 psi. Now if they only made one for my 4000 psi 3.5 gpm one I'd be all set. :) I hate fighting the common hose that comes with them. My PW...
  12. Re: Which electric pressure washer? There should be a sticky

Is Flexzilla hose rated to handle water under this type of pressure for very long? The normal hard stiff hoses are like that for a reason you know.
  13. Re: Which electric pressure washer? There should be a sticky

Don't take this the wrong way, but what does a person expect for $155.42? That is what is sells for currently on Amazon.

Re: Noobie's Second Full Detail: Landcruiser

[quote=custmsprty;1247860]Super smooth, I did this Camaro yesterday with my Duetto and 75E. You can basically hold the Rupes with one hand and it just glides over the surface. I have a 15 too. Love...

    Sonax paint cleaners?

Can someone please tell me the difference between these two products? Are they the same just one is an updated version or what? Thanks.

  17. Re: Introducing the DP Turbo Car Dryer! 6.5 Peak Horsepower Blower for Drying Your Car!

I would consider one if it came with a strap maybe even a backpack type. That would make it a more attractive purchase... keep it out of the way and less worry accidentally hitting the car with it.

    Speed Master PRO Wheel Brush?

I really liked this brush and I was wondering when it will be available again? It seems like it has been on back order forever. Has it been discontinued? Thanks.
  20. Sticky: Re: Collinite #845: The Definitive How-To Guide For This Legendary Wax

IMO, the warmer, the more liquid it is, the better as it will spread a LONG way in that state. If you have 1 car and wax it twice a year this 1 bottle will last you several years. I'm not wild about...
  21. Sticky: Re: Collinite #845: The Definitive How-To Guide For This Legendary Wax

Maybe skip the Menzerna next time. I don't know what to tell you, but mine is still going strong. The car is a daily driver that's in the garage when not in use so that could be a factor. I did run...
  22. Sticky: Re: Collinite #845: The Definitive How-To Guide For This Legendary Wax

In October of 2014 I washed my car, clayed it, used a paint cleaner, and then put on one coat of Collinite. It's still beading a 7 on a scale of 1-10 and this is in the nasty northeast. It lasts a...

    Re: Wheel Wells?

For WHEEL WELLS I use a cheap bone sponge, get in there real good and wash by hand. If I use a brush I go with a Carrand 93039 20" Heavy Duty Wash Brush. In both cases I spray the inner fender wells...

    Re: Collinite 845

845 is awesome! I've used a lot of stuff over the years, but always go back to it. I typically get a good 6 months of protection out of it. The protection lasts a long time, it makes the color...
