    Re: Post Your Beading Shots!!!

Looks to be pretty decent. I've read that if the water beads are tighter and smaller, it usually indicates good protection going on. What LSP is on your paint?

    Re: Chemical guys

I've use a few of their products. Maxi Suds II shampoo, Glossworkz shampoo, EZ Creme glaze, Natural Shine dressing... didn't care much for the Natural Shine. It didn't seem to hold up to water at...

    Re: Post Your Beading Shots!!!

No pics, but I have to comment on how well Meguiar's D156 beads and sheets water. I did a little routine detail today, haven't clayed the paint in a good few months, but I've noticed that with the...

    Re: Possibly a dumb question...

Would it be foolish to apply sealant over D156 after claying the paint? I'm just wondering if the sealant won't really bond to the paint, therefore it won't last as long and will be kind of like...

    Possibly a dumb question...

I'm thinking about giving my car another full detail while the weather is enjoyable at the moment, but I'm not exactly sure if I want to strip all the protection from the paint and start fresh or...

Re: It takes just as long to do it wrong...

Makes good sense to me, but as you said, some people just don't see the value in getting their car detailed. That's why I almost prefer just detailing my own car. I almost find it a waste of time to...

Re: It takes just as long to do it wrong...

Why do people insist on using rotary polishers if they can't use them correctly? That Camaro's paint looks terrible. If only the "detailer" would have used a DA... probably thinks they're for novices...

    YouTube issue...

This just happened less than a few minutes ago. Every time I try to go to YouTube, I get this message:

    500 Internal Server Error

    Sorry, something went wrong.

  10. Re: grrrrr. i hate school parking lots, got dinged today

I see people park like damn idiots in the parking lot of my apartment complex. It really makes me wonder why they're angled in a parking spot. It makes it difficult for anyone else to park next to...
  11. Re: grrrrr. i hate school parking lots, got dinged today

There are times when I park in a space and I will literally not have a good feeling about it... so I'll move.

I took my girlfriend to a job interview today, parked in a space, and as...
  12. Re: Nationwide commercial that made me think of AG members

That's one of the best auto insurance commercials I've ever seen.

And it actually makes sense and it's funny, unlike Geico's weird, almost irrelevant commercials. I've noticed that...

    Re: Anyone here play guitar?

At that rate, I may as well give them away, lol.

If I can't get a decent price for them, I'd rather just keep them. They hold a lot of sentimental value to me to be stolen, more or less.

    Re: Anyone here play guitar?

If anyone is interested, please PM me. Both guitars have been kept in great condition, as they were pretty much what I detailed before I had a car, lol.

Re: Progress pictures of my CAR WRAP!!!

    Nifty. :)

Are wraps chip resistant? I'd love to do something like this to my car, but the only affordable option is Plasti Dip. Wouldn't mind having an almost maintenance-free finish on my car.

    Re: EZ Cream

EZ Creme is a glaze, and from what I understand, it's supposed to go on naked paint and then a wax or sealant goes on top of it. It's a gloss magnifier. I've used it several times. Nice product, but...

    Anyone here play guitar?

I have two electric guitars for sale. One is an ESP Eclipse II, the other is an (ESP) LTD F-400FM. If I'm breaking forum rules, sorry, I'm just kind of wanting to sell either one or both of them, as...

    Re: Post Your Unpacking Pictures

UPS damages all sorts of packages and still doesn't take responsibility for their carelessness. I've seen it on a daily basis.

    Re: Windshield Wiper help...

Try Bosch Marathon beam blade wipers. They're usually about 15 bucks each at Walmart, but they've always worked well for me, and I think I've probably had a few sets over a few years. I tend to...

Re: If you could pick one project car...

My car, but instead of making it look better, I want to key the sh!t out of the paint and beat it with a baseball bat, just so I don't have to wash it or take care of it anymore.

    Re: Windshield Wiper help...

I've had that happen many times. Put some Rain X on the windshield, the little $3 bottle of glass sealant, and your wipers won't bounce as much, if at all. And the Rain X helps water bead so nicely....

AMMO Plum smells like Iron X, as well as Adam's Deep Wheel Cleaner. Leads me to believe they're all pretty similar, just with different labels and in different bottles. The only difference I've seen...

    Re: New product reviews...

Yes, it certainly does work. My dad tried it on 3 out of 4 wheels on his truck. He said the 4th wheel wasn't as bright or clean as the others. It just has a terrible smell. It's plain awful.
