    I agree with Nick - most of the trim restorers work well. But they all have a different longevity factor. If you keep up with it on a new(ish) vehicle, most quality products will get the job done....

    I've had good success with a 1-1 ratio of Vinegar & Water for cutting film & haze off glass. Just make sure you spray onto the towel first and then apply to the glass. Use recommended glass towels...

    IMHO, don't really think that's much of a concern. YMMV but if I contaminate an applicator I reach for another one that's clean. Both are good options and use the one your most comfortable with.
