For great cleaning and very cost effective check out duragloss 501! Especially for white!!

Neither... Poorboys polish w/ sealant for the win!! But, between the two you listed, d151 has more correction ability but less durability than xmt360!! Both products are fairly easy to work with.....

IUDJ is a great product and after dilution, more cost effective than the blackfire! Although the initial cost is more!

Ya, there is a thread on here where people were struggling with it! Try using a ratchet or something with more leverage than an Allen wrench! Mine was the same way, it'll come of with some muscle!
