  1. Re: Mytee Big B.O.S.S. Sprayer! Input please!

I'm getting tired of always having to lug all of my detailing stuff to and from the local coin-op car wash. Seems a heckuva lot easier to have this cordless baby. But the price is kinda steep. Wish...

Detailing products that work for me.

Greetings, fellow Autogeeks! It's been quite awhile since I've last visited, and I hope everyone's having a great 2015 thus far.

I recently received my very first bottle of Collinite 845. Since...
  3. Re: To Collinite, or not to Collinite. That is the question.

My apologies for the late reply. I'd like to thank all who offered their insights into this product. My LSP supply is still good, but I will be placing an order with Autogeek soon and you can bet...
  4. Re: Free Coating Sample (CQUK & OC2.0) for New Users

That is a VERY generous offer! I've been on the fence regarding OC 2.0, mostly because of the expense. But if I can apply a coating that needs minimal maintenance, then I'm all in.

    Washing and...
  5. To Collinite, or not to Collinite. That is the question.

    Good morning, fellow Autogeeks!

Although winter is still quite a few months away, it never hurts to be prepared for winterizing my car's finish. I'm currently putting together what I'll need and...

Re: Two bucket vs Garry Dean wash

I've done Garry Dean's method a couple times in the past, and have found it to be quicker and more convenient than either a traditional or rinse-less wash. However, my peeve against this method is...

Re: Review: Lake Country Wash Wedge

That was a great review, Evan! This seems like an interesting product to try out. I currently use Lake Country Foam Car Wash Sponge. It does a good job cleaning, but longevity seems to be an...

    Re: Shoe Odor

There is no shoe odor that can't be cured by dryer sheets. A new sheet may be too strong, so a sheet out of the dryer kills foot odors very effectively.

    Happy Detailing, everyone!

    Re: Ryobi 18 Volt Products

Really? I gotta check it out! If I can't get it now, I can add that to my Xmas Wishlist, which keeps getting longer by the week! LOL

    Thanks, Setec!

  13. Chemical Guys All Clean+ Citrus Based APC

    Good morning from Texas!

I read a recent post saying that this APC is safe for all wheel types. But is it paint-safe?

I am currently using OPC, and happy with the results, but I am looking for...
  14. Re: Guys, any of you have extremely sensitive skin when shaving?

Astra Superior Platinum blades seem to be the default for most face/skin types and are of excellent quality, shave well with different razors and readily available online.

    Hope this helps.

  15. Re: Guys, any of you have extremely sensitive skin when shaving?

Merkur 34C is also a great DE razor. A tad bit more aggressive than the EJ 89 series IMO, but still gives a great shave. My friend, DE shaving is like car care: it's an obsession and very soon your...
  16. Re: Guys, any of you have extremely sensitive skin when shaving?

Sounds like a combination of using a store bought cartridge razor, canned shaving cream, technique and/or using hot water for prep.

    I highly recommend this razor:

Actually there is, but I didn't take a pic of that compartment. Try looking at the front view of the bag. There's a velcro pouch that runs lengthwise across the bag, and is located where the carry...
