    I think its calcium and lime in the water. I just use mist a cheap QD over the finish and dry everything off. The QD buys you a little time to hit it all before you get a lot of spotting.

    The garage is 2800 square feet, I used a spare tire mount for a trailer to mount to the block walls.

    No just one set,... it took a lot of years. I'm 42 this will be my 3rd and last home. My favorite part if the garage is the family get together and parties we use it for.

    I wash them first, take little effort and like said above.. what if some type of debris would be in the fibers from the manufacturing process, facility, or during packaging. Not worth the risk to me.
