Any info on the Gloss It 21 polisher?

It's supposed to be more powerful than the Rupes. Any feedback to share? Is the like the Groits to the PC?

I thought the benefit of the Bigfoot 21 was the bigger pad and faster correction times. I'll agree it was very easy to use a 25 inch pan and no problem to use on the side panels or the courage. Maybe...
  6. Me some advice in breaking in my Bigfoot 21

I finally got the chance to use my polisher after owning it for a couple months this last week. What's the trick in using the roots 21 on the side panels and bumpers. I use the 6 inch backing plate...
  7. Re: Which is best to dry vehicles after a wash?

Let's dispell a couple of myths here....

I have a black car and have yet to do any damage with the wather blade. As long as your car is clean and the blade is clean you have nothing to worry...

    My foam gun is broken

All of the sudden it's not shooting out foam. It's like it has a clog of something. Do I need to buy another one or can I get it fixed?

Re: Review: Lake Country Wash Wedge

Save your money. This thing is a big scam. Just got one last week and could not be more disappointed.
  12. Re: Up Close & Personal: FLEX Swirl Finder Light

OMG! What a waste of money.

Sorry guys but I can go to Costco and buy two Duracell ultra bright flashlights for $20 and get a product just as good for 1/4 the price.

    C'mon man!
  13. Sticky: Re: Clayed my car and scratched the hell out of it

Agreed. I have the nano skin wash mitts and they are fabulous!! I tried both the DA version and the wash mitt during an Autogeek class, can't go wrong with both.
  14. Re: Quick review of some products I purchased.

It certainly is not 6x's better that the 2 dollar wash mitts'

Re: Griots, Flex, Rupes DA clone

Have you ever considered that the Rupes just might be manufactured in China already? They do have a corner on the market.

Re: Griots, Flex, Rupes DA clone

It's supposed to have a more powerful motor compared to the Rupes (880w) so that is the main reason that I am waiting.

The GG vs PC is huge because of the more power and torque so the same must...

Re: Griots, Flex, Rupes DA clone

I called Griots and they confirmed that they will be selling a new polisher, described as a "more beefy version of what they already sell" but the guy I talked to did not have any more details. I...

Re: Griots, Flex, Rupes DA clone

Can somebody tell me how to get one of these? I contacted the manufacturer but they told me that Groits will be selling them in the Spring or they will be on Amazon soon.

I want one NOW though. ...
  21. Re: Quick review of some products I purchased.

  23. Anything wrong with using APC instead of dedicated wheel cleaner

I have the new Meg non-acid wheel cleaner and it works great but what am I gaining versus APC only?

I hit the wheels with Iron X every once in a while but other than that what's wrong with APC...

Re: Another rookie needing some guidance

You need some cutting pads, microfibers are good and a good compound. Also a good compound, actually Meguiars Ultimate Compound would do if you want to keep costs low.
