Re: Just bought a New Hitachi SP18VA buffer

I have the SP18VA and it has a slow start feature. I didn't see that listed on the SP18VAH. Or maybe its the attachments that are included.

By the way, while looking up the two on Am*zon, I...

Re: Paste Carnauba Wax Around $20?

Mothers is a great carnauba wax. Megs#26 is a great hybrid. Both are cheap, easy to apply and easy to remove. You can't go wrong with either.

Re: *NEW* Autogeek Gear + Giveaway!

The AG Pro bag looks like it can hold my Flex and a few pads. I like the top mesh pocket, great idea.

Re: Stainless Steel exhaust tip care?

Here's a good link with reviews of the Brite Max Twins. I still like Blue Magic for its cost and over the counter availability but I thought I'd share some info on the Brite Max stuff, it really...

Re: Stainless Steel exhaust tip care?

Blue Magic is great for cleaning stainless pipes, it's over the counter, and it's cheap. I also like Autosol and Simichrome but they aren't as cheap as Blue Magic. The most effective duo for me has...

Re: Giveaway! Lake Country Waffle Pro Foam Pads

I like the 6.5" CCS on my Hitachi rotary and Flex VRG because of their work time and correction. I like the 5.5" Hydrotech on my PC because they use less product and provide quick correction for a...

Sonax or Meguiars Quick Interior Detailer (QID) if you want matte. I heard 1Z Cockpit is also good. Meg's is the best deal.

Re: Please HELP!!! Can my glass be saved....

I found a video that shows the process with the Diamondite products. I'm not sure if they are Ceriumoxide based like Ceriglass.

Re: Please HELP!!! Can my glass be saved....

Yeah, Corey/CEEDOG used a Cyan Hydrotech and it seemed to work ok for him. Could it be the pad wasn't exactly flat as you worked it and the scratches were made by the edge of the pad? I would think...

Re: Please HELP!!! Can my glass be saved....

Could it be the windshield wasn't entirely clean before you started? Did you clay before polishing? I think you can also try an LC Orange pad as long as you don't let the windshield get too hot.

Re: PC with Fenix HL21 headband light attached

Why not just put the headlamp on your head? The light will move with your head instead of vibrating off of the PC or giving shakey light.
  24. Re: The more I use a traditional DA, the more I'm amazed...

I feel like I get alot more correction and quicker with the FLEX than a DA. It's also much smoother on my hands. It's too bad you couldn't get used to it.
  25. Re: Video: All about the FLEX-3401 Forced Rotation Dual Action Polisher
