If you mean the round brushes with red plastic - the set of 3, I think?
They are sash brushes, come in various diameters, and some do have plastic ferrules instead of metal.
I hate trying to write nicely on bottles, so i'm going to print labels (on ordinary printer paper) and stick them on with clear packaging tape.
I suppose masking tape is the easiest way.

They look like the OEM wheels - paint. The backs will be very bad and only a scouring pad and household scouring stuff would get the embedded black stuff off, with hours of work.
